By scheduling service with Luminox Window Cleaning, you agree to the following:

1. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service.

2. Access & Safety
Customer agrees to provide safe access to all windows and work areas. Pets must be secured.

3. Results & Conditions
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, broken seals, defective glass, or permanent stains that cannot be removed. Some issues may become more visible after cleaning.

4. Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service and we will gladly re-service the affected area.

5. Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including your name, address, phone number, email, and service details. This information is used solely for scheduling, communication, billing, and service delivery.
Luminox Window Cleaning does not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information to any third parties except when required by law.

7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
